Account Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Prospect dental offices in-person within an assigned geographic territory to generate new business
• Maintain high levels of prospecting activity to achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Network with existing customers via phone and in-person to cross-sell, upsell, and understand their needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions to present effective solutions
• Manage and update databases with accurate customer information and canvassing efforts
• Prepare and maintain sample boxes, marketing materials, and company resources
• Maintain the cleanliness of the company vehicle and reconcile monthly credit card receipts
• Pick up and deliver dental cases as needed in conjunction with sales calls

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in field sales
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
