Account Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Prospect dental offices in-person within an assigned New Jersey territory to generate new business.
• Maintain high levels of prospecting activity to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular calls and in-person visits.
• Network with existing customers to cross-sell and upsell products while identifying customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions to provide technical expertise.
• Manage and update customer databases with accurate contact and scheduling information.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials, sample boxes, and catalogs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the company vehicle and manage monthly credit card receipts.
• Pick up and deliver dental cases as required during sales calls.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in field sales.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in dental sales.
