About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell truck tire lines within the assigned territories of Kalisz and Zielona Góra
- Implement distribution strategies and execute the company's commercial policy
- Build long-term business relationships with existing Michelin customers and acquire new ones
- Collect market information and perform market analysis
- Enhance the professionalism of business partners through technical consulting and training
- Implement commercial sales actions and promotions
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Fluency in English to enable smooth communication
- Category B driving license
- Willingness to travel regularly for business purposes
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Technical aptitude and ability to work independently
