Responsibilities

  • Supervise the delivery of services to ensure contractual commitments are met
  • Define the transition and implementation strategy for client contracts
  • Monitor and guarantee the achievement of contractual indicators (KPIs)
  • Optimize financial results and monitor margin levels
  • Develop and sell related projects and services to expand the contract scope
  • Manage commercial relationships to ensure client loyalty and development
  • Participate in bid construction and pre-sales activities
  • Design service quality improvement plans
  • Supervise and support the production management team

Requirements

  • Mastery of ITIL best practices
  • Proven management and leadership skills
  • Strong client service orientation
