Responsibilities
- Supervise the delivery of services to ensure contractual commitments are met
- Define the transition and implementation strategy for client contracts
- Monitor and guarantee the achievement of contractual indicators (KPIs)
- Optimize financial results and monitor margin levels
- Develop and sell related projects and services to expand the contract scope
- Manage commercial relationships to ensure client loyalty and development
- Participate in bid construction and pre-sales activities
- Design service quality improvement plans
- Supervise and support the production management team
Requirements
- Mastery of ITIL best practices
- Proven management and leadership skills
- Strong client service orientation
- Analytical, rigorous, and communicative mindset
- Conversational English proficiency for international contexts
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
