Account Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on strategic accounts within the Affinity business to ensure high service levels and operational execution
• Coordinate commercial and operational initiatives with internal teams, insurers, strategic partners, and corporate clients
• Provide timely follow-up on requirements, projects, incidents, and commercial commitments with a focus on problem-solving and response times

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
• 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, corporate customer service, commercial operations, or project coordination
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical capacity and a results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, assistance services, financial services, affinity, or related industries
