About the role
Responsibilities
- Attend agency and client Zoom meetings as necessary
- Assist with meeting preparation and creating presentations
- Coordinate with agency members for account services, production, digital, media, and billing
- Manage broadcast and digital projects including requesting, proofing, and gathering approvals
- Perform QA on production and agency assets
- Handle daily internal and client communication
- Log, distribute, and manage meeting notes and action items
- Manage personal tasks and ensure timely receipt of materials from team members
- Support online reputation, social media, and digital reporting tasks
Requirements
- Eagerness for continuous learning and idea generation
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Email)
- Strong organizational, follow-through, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools like Asana
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2 years of advertising agency experience
