Account Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Drive subscriber growth and product penetration in multi-dwelling properties by promoting video, high-speed internet, and voice services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property management to support sales and retention.
• Be onsite during project launches to manage registrations, installation scheduling, and resident inquiries.
• Conduct product training for community residents to familiarize them with the Blue Stream platform.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide ongoing sales support to assigned MDU properties.
• Utilize ICOMS billing system to create orders and update accounts.
• Coordinate with marketing to submit requests for collateral such as flyers, welcome letters, and service guides.
• Work with Billing and MIS teams to test billing codes and ensure smooth implementation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English (bilingual skills are a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professional composure.
