Account & Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Manage and maintain an existing client portfolio and handle inquiries
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts
• Conduct prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, and networking to acquire new clients
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
• Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals to prospects
• Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking in the CRM system
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal operations, finance, and product teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent (Master's preferred)
• 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services
• Experience in B2B, industrial, or printing environments is ideal
• Fluency in English and Italian (written, spoken, and read)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial mindset and proactive, results-oriented attitude
• Valid driving license
• Willingness to travel when required
