Account Broker - FINEX

Responsibilities

• Identify insurable risks and design and negotiate appropriate insurance solutions for clients
• Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients, insurers, and networks
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to grow client and insurer relationships
• Manage and support the team on large, complex clients while maintaining a personal portfolio
• Promote the WTW brand within the insurance industry locally and nationally
• Maintain comprehensive client data on internal systems and prepare documentation according to compliance procedures
• Represent the client's voice in internal and team decisions and develop value propositions for growth

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Proven ability to understand and meet the needs of clients and prospects
• Outstanding oral, written, and presentation communication skills
• High level of competency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with knowledge of PowerPoint
• Ability to work professionally and autonomously with minimal guidance

Preferred Qualifications

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or willingness to obtain it)
• 5+ years of experience in financial and executive risks
• Degree qualification
• Understanding of financial products and financial markets
