Account Based Renewals Representative

Responsibilities

• Independently own and execute full end-to-end renewal workflows across assigned regional accounts
• Defend the existing customer base by driving timely and accurate renewal execution
• Identify and close seat expansion opportunities across various business units and personas
• Monitor auto-renewal settings and intervene to prevent churn through data analysis
• Work directly with customer procurement and commercial teams to ensure renewal accuracy
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify expansion and retention strategies

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success
• Fluency in both English and French
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume renewal cycles independently
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence customer outcomes
• Proficiency with CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and workflows
• Experience engaging with customer procurement or commercial teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within subscription or recurring revenue business models
• Proven ability to identify churn risks and upsell signals using data-driven insights
• Familiarity with partner-assisted or partner-led renewal motions
• Experience mentoring junior sales or renewal representatives
• Comfort working across cross-regional or matrixed sales organizations
