Account Based Renewals Representative

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute full end-to-end renewal workflows for assigned regional accounts
• Defend the existing customer base by driving timely and accurate renewal execution
• Identify and close seat expansion opportunities across different business units and personas
• Monitor auto-renewal settings and intervene to prevent churn through data analysis and judgment
• Collaborate directly with customer procurement teams to ensure renewal accuracy
• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify expansion and retention strategies

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success
• Experience working within a software or SaaS environment
• Fluency in both English and French
• Proven ability to independently manage high-volume renewal cycles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence customer outcomes
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in subscription or recurring revenue business models
• Proven track record of identifying churn risks and upsell signals using data insights
• Familiarity with partner-assisted or partner-led renewal motions
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior sales or renewal representatives
