About the role
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute full end-to-end renewal workflows for assigned regional accounts
- Defend the existing customer base by driving timely and accurate renewal execution
- Identify and close seat expansion opportunities across different business units and personas
- Monitor auto-renewal settings and intervene to prevent churn through data analysis and judgment
- Collaborate directly with customer procurement teams to ensure renewal accuracy
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify expansion and retention strategies
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success
- Experience working within a software or SaaS environment
- Fluency in both English and French
- Proven ability to independently manage high-volume renewal cycles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence customer outcomes
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in subscription or recurring revenue business models
- Proven track record of identifying churn risks and upsell signals using data insights
- Familiarity with partner-assisted or partner-led renewal motions
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior sales or renewal representatives
