Account Based Renewals Representative

Responsibilities

• Independently own and execute full end-to-end renewal workflows across assigned regional accounts
• Defend the existing customer base by driving timely and accurate renewal execution
• Identify and close seat expansion opportunities at the time of renewal
• Monitor account auto-renewal settings and intervene to prevent churn
• Work directly with customer procurement teams to ensure renewal accuracy
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify expansion and retention strategies
• Provide feedback on product experience and packaging based on customer interactions

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success
• Experience in a software or SaaS environment
• Fluency in both English and French
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage high-volume renewal cycles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence customer outcomes
• Proficiency using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and workflows
• Experience engaging customer procurement or commercial teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in subscription or recurring revenue business models
• Proven ability to identify churn risks and upsell signals using data or customer insights
• Familiarity with partner-assisted or partner-led renewal motions
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior sales or renewal representatives
• Comfort working across cross-regional or matrixed sales organizations
