About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end renewal workflows across assigned regional accounts
- Defend the existing customer base by driving timely and accurate renewal execution
- Identify and close seat expansion opportunities at the time of renewal
- Monitor auto-renewal settings and intervene to prevent churn
- Work directly with customer procurement teams to ensure renewal accuracy
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify retention and expansion opportunities
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success
- Experience in a software or SaaS environment
- Fluency in both English and French
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer outcomes
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage pipelines and renewal workflows
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume renewal cycles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in subscription or recurring revenue business models
- Proven ability to identify churn risks and upsell signals using data insights
- Familiarity with partner-assisted or partner-led renewal motions
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior sales or renewal representatives
