Account Based Renewals Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end renewal workflows across assigned regional accounts
• Defend the existing customer base by driving timely and accurate renewal execution
• Identify and close seat expansion opportunities at the time of renewal
• Monitor auto-renewal settings and intervene to prevent churn
• Work directly with customer procurement teams to ensure renewal accuracy
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify retention and expansion opportunities

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success
• Experience in a software or SaaS environment
• Fluency in both English and French
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer outcomes
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage pipelines and renewal workflows
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume renewal cycles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in subscription or recurring revenue business models
• Proven ability to identify churn risks and upsell signals using data insights
• Familiarity with partner-assisted or partner-led renewal motions
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior sales or renewal representatives
