About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Account Based Marketing (ABM) program from the ground up
- Create playbooks for Tier 1 (1:1) and Tier 2 (1:few) marketing motions
- Partner with Account-Based Sellers to drive velocity in complex deal cycles
- Execute deal-specific plays including bespoke Champion Decks and tailored commercial narratives
- Orchestrate cross-functional efforts across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps
- Synthesize segment intelligence to inform content and growth marketing roadmaps
- Operationalize the "Headpin" strategy to turn single wins into regional dominance
- Monitor ABM campaign effectiveness and optimize for engagement lift and pipeline influence
- Partner with RevOps to track and attribute offline touchpoints like summits and dinners
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in ABM, field marketing, or sales acceleration
- Proven history of working closely with sales to accelerate B2B deals
- Strong understanding of ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, AdRoll)
- Proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot
- Ability to leverage intent data to prioritize accounts
- Entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable with ambiguity
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel approximately 25% within NAM and LATAM
