About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing (ABM) programs to drive adoption of HP’s Workstations and Z solutions across federal, state, and local government agencies.
- Own the workstation value proposition for the public sector, including the development of marketing content such as case studies, landing pages, and persona-based messaging.
- Identify target agencies and develop tailored value propositions and personalized campaigns aligned with government procurement cycles.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to influence pipeline generation and deal velocity.
- Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans and manage marketing plan budgets.
- Conduct market research to understand local consumer behavior, preferences, and trends within the public sector.
- Design customer experience journeys and touchpoint plans leveraging paid and owned media channels.
- Define goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and business impact of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years of professional work experience.
- Proven experience in segment marketing.
- Experience in channel marketing or partner marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing transformation and new digital capabilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools.
- Experience with B2B marketing strategies and demand generation.
- Expertise in go-to-market strategy and product marketing.
