About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing (ABM) programs to drive adoption of HP’s Workstations and Z solutions across federal, state, and local government agencies.
  • Own the workstation value proposition for the public sector, including the development of marketing content such as case studies, landing pages, and persona-based messaging.
  • Identify target agencies and develop tailored value propositions and personalized campaigns aligned with government procurement cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to influence pipeline generation and deal velocity.
  • Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans and manage marketing plan budgets.
  • Conduct market research to understand local consumer behavior, preferences, and trends within the public sector.
  • Design customer experience journeys and touchpoint plans leveraging paid and owned media channels.
  • Define goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and business impact of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of professional work experience.
  • Proven experience in segment marketing.
  • Experience in channel marketing or partner marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing transformation and new digital capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with B2B marketing strategies and demand generation.
  • Expertise in go-to-market strategy and product marketing.
