About the role

Responsibilities

  • Architect the end-to-end ABM strategy, including account selection, segmentation, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered campaign workflows to scale personalization using intent data and behavioral triggers.
  • Execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across outbound email, direct mail, and digital platforms.
  • Track key performance indicators including MQL pacing, pipeline contribution, and activation rates.
  • Run structured A/B tests and translate results into strategic decisions and a continuous learning agenda.
  • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align on targeting and pipeline metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B demand generation or ABM experience at a high-growth technology company.
  • Proven experience building AI-powered GTM workflows from scratch using tools like Clay or similar automation platforms.
  • Ability to build and create structure from ambiguity without a predefined playbook.
  • Strong email copywriting skills with the ability to craft persona-specific messaging that converts.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to pull performance metrics and build simple models to drive strategy.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from our NYC headquarters (3–4 days per week).
