Account Associate

Responsibilities

• Work with Account Managers to develop and optimize social media strategies and content for integrated marketing campaigns
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
• Utilize social listening tools and native platform features to inform ongoing content and to capitalize on real-time trends
• Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new technologies
• Assist in reporting efforts, utilizing analytics and conversation/sentiment to optimize content
• Proactively search for relevant engagement opportunities for brands and communicate with online communities
• Identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations to establish clients as industry leaders

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook)
• Hands-on experience in content creation
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills
• Client-facing communication experience
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
