About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, including maintaining registers and tracking payables/receivables
- Record vendor invoices and process payments, ensuring accurate TDS deductions
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and handle payroll postings (gross pay, TDS, PF, PT, ESI)
- Record customer invoices in the ERP based on usage or milestones
- Prepare and publish monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports using Zoho Books
- Compute and deposit monthly TDS for domestic and international vendors
- Manage GST, TDS, PT, and other compliance filings in coordination with external consultants
- Follow up with customers to manage receivables and resolve payment delays
Requirements
- B.Com or M.Com degree (CA Inter preferred)
- 1–3 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency with Zoho Books
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, reconciliations, and payroll compliance
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
