Account AI Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner for all AI initiatives within a key Financial Services account
• Align AI strategy with client priorities including risk, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Identify, shape, and prioritize AI and GenAI use cases across the account portfolio
• Manage the AI portfolio by balancing business value, feasibility, and execution readiness
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure initiatives align with governance, security, and Responsible AI requirements
• Provide executive-level reporting on AI pipeline, value delivered, and key risks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, Financial Services technology, data, or AI-led transformation
• Proven experience leading client engagements in banking, insurance, or payments
• Demonstrated experience shaping and scaling AI/GenAI initiatives
• Strong understanding of enterprise data and AI platforms
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence decision-making
