Accommodation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, checking the cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas
• Substitute for the Housekeeping Operations Manager during their absence
• Lead and coach the housekeeping team, including internal staff and external cleaning companies
• Ensure established quality standards are maintained and followed consistently
• Coordinate with external cleaning companies, including handling orders and checking delivery bills
• Collaborate with hosts and hotel maintenance to fulfill guest requests and ensure high satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisor or similar role
• A strong passion for cleanliness, order, and a keen eye for detail
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to present yourself confidently and work effectively with international guests
• A positive, professional attitude with a sense of humor
