About the role
Responsibilities
- Triaging patients upon arrival, assessing their condition, and prioritizing care based on the severity of their condition
- Administering initial treatments and interventions to stabilize patients, providing life-saving measures when necessary
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients’ conditions
- Assisting the medical team in performing diagnostic tests and interpreting the results
- Administering medications and intravenous therapy as prescribed by physicians
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration
- 6 months experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to work across various shifts including nights, weekends and days
- Current DBS check
