Accessibility Test Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Perform accessibility testing using assistive technologies, screen readers, and other specialized tools to evaluate products against WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards.
• Identify and meticulously evaluate digital products to uncover potential barriers for individuals with disabilities.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, reports, and logs of identified accessibility issues.
• Prepare comprehensive testing reports and present findings to stakeholders, including designers, developers, and product owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (minimum 2 years of experience in a technology or web testing background).
• Experience in creating test documentation such as test reports and test plans.
• Familiarity with accessibility tools like aXe browser plugins.
• Experience using screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in accessibility testing and familiarity with WCAG standards.
• Strong empathy for user experience and an understanding of accessibility barriers.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools to technical workflows.
