Access Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day global badge operations management
• Process security and access permissions, including Jira tickets and new employee onboarding
• Implement secure access zones and assist in developing physical access infrastructure supporting RBAC/ABAC policies
• Act as a customer service representative to troubleshoot badge-related issues and access control requests
• Manage inventory, generate reports, and assist with alarm remediation

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Badging or Access Control fields
• Proven experience with security access control systems such as CCure, Kastle, or Brivo
• Strong background in access management within security operations
• Ability to work an onsite schedule in San Francisco, CA (Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Flexibility to provide weekend support as business needs arise

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Genetec systems
