Access Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day global badge operations management
• Process security and access permissions for various individuals requiring building access
• Manage hands-on operational tasks including processing Jira tickets and supporting new employee onboarding
• Implement secure access zones and assist in developing physical access infrastructure supporting identity management and RBAC/ABAC policies
• Act as a customer service representative to assist with access control requests and troubleshoot badge-related issues
• Manage inventory, generate reports, and assist with alarm remediation

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Badging or Access Control fields
• Proven experience with security access control systems such as CCure, Kastle, or Brivo
• Strong background in access management within security operations
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, CA
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday (7am-3:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm) and provide weekend support as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Genetec systems
