Access Management Administrator

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain tailored Access Management solutions using PingAM and ADFS
• Collaborate with cross-site teams to integrate PingAM and ADFS into diverse systems using SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC
• Develop and implement strategies for single sign-on (SSO) and access management
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities for PingAM Services
• Leverage orchestration and automation utilities like Gitlab, Amster, and Ansible to standardize configurations
• Provide systems administration support in Linux and Windows environments
• Enforce security policy requirements including vulnerability remediation and system build standards

Requirements

• Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing application authentication software such as PingAM, PingDS, or ADFS
• Understanding of software security fundamentals including SSL certificates, RBAC, and network security
• Experience administering Linux and Windows operating systems via command line
• Fundamental experience with SAML2, OIDC, and OAuth2 protocols
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex systems and networks

Preferred Qualifications

• Broad experience managing authentication software under high-availability SLAs
• Comprehensive knowledge of layered product installation, performance tuning, and monitoring
• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools
