Access Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access for employees and visitors in and out of restricted areas
• Ensure prohibited or restricted items do not enter or leave the facility
• Diligently monitor assigned restricted areas to maintain security
• Provide excellent customer service to all employees and visitors
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings at all times
• Communicate effectively in every interaction
• Work independently during scheduled shifts in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• U.S. Citizenship
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid state driver's license in good standing
• Ability to work one weekend shift every weekend
• Ability to work various shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) to support 24/7 operations
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Bluffdale, UT
• Ability to stand continuously for up to 4 hours at a time
• Comfort with leaving mobile devices in a vehicle or at home due to restricted communication zones
