Access Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and assess all areas of projects to provide optimal access strategy solutions
• Liaise with clients and prepare compliance reports regarding the National Construction Code and Building Code of Australia
• Collaborate with clients to implement and upgrade access safety measures
• Conduct site visits to monitor the progression and completion of major construction projects
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to support a wide range of diverse projects

Requirements

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Design, Engineering, Human Movement/Health Science, or Building Surveying
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Access Consulting (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
• Familiarity with the construction industry and design backgrounds
• Knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements for office and onsite environments
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and a results-oriented attitude
