Accelerator Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational backbone for the Techstars Boulder accelerator, managing program execution and the Techstars playbook.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for the accelerator cycle, including company sourcing, application screening, onboarding, and Demo Day.
• Build and schedule the 3-month programming calendar, including mentor schedules, investor meetups, and speaker sessions.
• Recruit, hire, and manage the seasonal Associate team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders, mentors, investors, and corporate partners.
• Implement network events and programs to support founders and alumni both during and after the program.
• Represent Techstars within the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and community.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments focusing on event planning, business operations, or project management.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
• A genuine passion for technology, startups, and the venture capital ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation and data tools such as Airtable or Zapier.
• Familiarity with the early-stage, venture-backed company ecosystem.
• Experience working directly with startups or entrepreneurial support organizations.
