Responsibilities
- Own primary relationships with Managing Directors and program leads at high-signal accelerators
- Build trusted relationships with staff, partners, and community teams to gain visibility into cohort dynamics
- Develop deep relationships across the broader VC community, including family offices and sector-specific funds
- Represent Rho at events, demo days, and community gatherings
- Drive Rho adoption within cohorts through structured follow-up and founder-facing programming
- Partner with Sales on warm handoffs for high-ACV opportunities
- Build and own the accelerator partnerships playbook for your market
- Map and prioritize the accelerator landscape based on ICP alignment
- Feed founder insights back to Product and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem with existing relationships in top programs
- 2–4 years of experience in VC partnerships, channel partnerships, or founder-facing GTM roles
- Experience building or operating programs, events, or workshops for founders
- Fluency in early-stage startup finance and fundraising dynamics
- Ability to balance long-term relationship depth with short-term pipeline accountability
