Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of business operations including sales, pricing, accounting, and business development
• Define goals and strategies to grow market share within defined segments
• Identify location network opportunities and acquisition candidates
• Ensure quality of customer service and monitor customer loyalty
• Support the business planning process and forecast reviews
• Assist the Regional Manager in developing regional strategies and inspirational leadership
• Manage customer relationships and drive financial performance

Requirements

• College and/or University degree
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience
• Experience in wholesale or distribution sectors preferred
• Proven track record in roles with P&L responsibility
• Strong sales orientation and financial acumen
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
