Accelerated Commercial Experience (ACE) Trainee

Responsibilities

• Complete an intensive rotational training program across key business areas in electrical distribution
• Gain hands-on experience in warehouse/logistics, sales, operations, project management, energy solutions, and automation
• Support customer orders, inventory flow, shipping, and warehouse processes
• Build product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills through classroom and on-the-job learning
• Assist with project quoting, order tracking, billing, and customer communication
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Open to relocation
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3.0 GPA for external candidates
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented with a self-starter attitude
• Professionally mature and self-confident

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Relevant internship or co-op experience
• Interest in sales, operations, procurement, marketing, or project management
• Experience or exposure to electrical distribution or related industries
