Academy Performance & Planning Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for academy programs aligned with business objectives
• Design and produce reports related to program performance, cost-benefit analysis, and revenue generation
• Lead the development of the academy's annual budget in collaboration with program managers
• Develop multi-year revenue projections and monitor financial execution against targets
• Monitor and evaluate program performance by analyzing data and metrics
• Manage the closure of all risk and audit observations to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate training needs into actionable strategies
• Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to ensure quality standards
• Provide leadership to the academy team and prepare reports for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, FP&A, or business operations management
• Experience in producing academy reports related to program performance and revenue generation
• Experience in annual budget development and collaboration with central operations
• Strong understanding of performance management principles and methodologies
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into meaningful insights
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
