Academic Trajectory Leader

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the LDM academic trajectory strategy, defining early warning criteria and indicators to ensure scholarship continuity and student performance.
• Monitor academic progression and graduation paths, ensuring timely fulfillment of requirements and managing critical periods such as enrollment and academic load.
• Define guidelines for formative academic experiences, including exchanges, internships, and international stays, in coordination with national and international partners.
• Identify academic risks and implement solutions by articulating institutional resources to support student retention and performance.
• Manage relationships with internal and external strategic allies, including academia, companies, and the EXATEC network, to enhance professional projection.
• Ensure consistent implementation of the academic model across campuses, aligning practices and key stakeholders at a national level.

Requirements

• University degree in Psychology, Education, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in managing academic trajectories within a university environment.
• Deep knowledge of academic regulations and institutional processes (enrollment, academic load, exchanges, and internships).
• Strong ability in data-driven decision-making and academic performance analysis.
• Expertise in risk anticipation and management within an educational context.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
