About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide timely attention and follow-up to academic requests from leaders, managing reports and operational tasks.
- Support enrollment and academic administration processes for new and returning postgraduate students.
- Participate in group programming, ensuring accurate data capture, updates, and migration within institutional platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end follow-up of academic and administrative cases until resolution.
- Collaborate with matrix leaders to provide integral support throughout the student lifecycle.
- Coordinate logistics for director travel and support the planning and execution of institutional events.
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation and optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or Psychology.
- Experience in academic environments or customer service roles.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong service orientation and proactive attitude.
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills.
