About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary support and administrative solutions to students, academic directors, professors, and parents to drive self-management and academic excellence.
- Manage communications with various institutional areas to support administrative, transactional, and academic processes through digital and in-person channels.
- Coordinate with national Administrative Services Centers to promote the standardization of service processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing best practices, detecting needs, and automating processes.
- Deliver high-quality service experiences based on the "I receive – I resolve" principle, utilizing satisfaction survey data to implement improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Engineering degree.
- Proven experience in school services, academic services, or customer service.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and result orientation.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive service attitude.
