About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist students with tutoring schedules, materials, and technology, directing them to appropriate staff and campus services.
- Support the sign-in process and assist tutors with data tracking software.
- Manage service point opening and closing procedures, including securing materials and reporting maintenance issues.
- Provide clerical support by creating and maintaining departmental documents, schedules, and informational materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for clerk-related processes, including appointment scheduling and training.
- Assist with testing services, including scanning documentation, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and proctoring tests.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Experience with office equipment and customer service.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months of directly applicable experience in an administrative or academic support role.
