Academic Societies Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and design the national strategy for Academic Societies in collaboration with the Academic Dean and the Dean of Faculty Development.
• Develop deployment strategies for each region, working closely with Regional Deans to address specific campus needs.
• Lead the establishment of profiles for regional coordinators and professors across different academic houses.
• Manage the selection process for the national Academic Societies team in various regions.
• Coordinate resource management and planning for the academic societies program.
• Provide semesterly progress reports on the Academic Societies plan to national and regional deans.
• Maintain a constant and positive presence with regional coordinators, academic advisors, and professors to support student and faculty development.

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine, Clinical Psychology, Nutrition, Pedagogy, or Educational Innovation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading organizational transformation projects, student program redesign, or implementing new models in higher education.
• Proven experience coordinating regional leaders and collaborating with Deans and Faculty Directors.
• Strong administrative management skills.
• Proficiency in generating executive reports and managing student satisfaction surveys.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in teaching or academic instruction.
