About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level academic and administrative support to staff and students at the Northam site
- Coordinate a broad range of academic services and office operations to ensure efficient delivery of medical training
- Play a key role in fostering a positive and supportive learning and living environment for rural medical students
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent competency
- Substantial relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level
- Proficient computing skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet, and email
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and work productively as part of a team
