Academic Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage academic administrative services and projects for the Dean’s Office and assigned departmental programs.
• Assist students with advising, degree planning, registration, and navigating academic problems.
• Monitor course content, engagement, schedules, and rotations within assigned degree programs.
• Support adjunct instructor assignments, load monitoring, and the execution of adjunct contracts.
• Assist with program assessment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistical needs to support the mission of the School of Communication and the Arts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3-5 years of professional office experience, preferably in a higher education setting.
• Proficiency with university technology including Genisys, Banner, Canvas, or Cognos.
• Superior experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a faith-based academic environment.
• Proven track record of providing excellent administrative service.
