About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end administrative support across the student lifecycle, including admissions, enrolment, assessments, results, and Board of Examiners processes.
- Respond to student enquiries regarding academic progress, policies, special consideration, and misconduct matters.
- Administer and deliver student events such as orientation, award ceremonies, Open Day, and information sessions.
- Interpret and apply University and School policies to manage cases and resolve issues.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement to enhance program quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree or relevant experience in academic programs or complex administrative coordination.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to adapt to enterprise systems such as LMS and StudentOne.
- Valid Australian work rights.
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check.
