Academic Programs Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative support across the student lifecycle, including admissions, enrolment, assessments, results, and Board of Examiners processes.
• Respond to student enquiries regarding academic progress, policies, special consideration, and misconduct matters.
• Administer and deliver student events such as orientation, award ceremonies, Open Day, and information sessions.
• Interpret and apply University and School policies to manage cases and resolve issues.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement to enhance program quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree or relevant experience in academic programs or complex administrative coordination.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to adapt to enterprise systems such as LMS and StudentOne.
• Valid Australian work rights.
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check.
