Academic Program Director

Responsibilities

• Identify community demands and needs to propose curriculum modifications or new programs to the School or Faculty Director.
• Design, implement, and evaluate curricula based on institutional and community requirements.
• Promote academic programs to attract ideal student candidates.
• Maintain close communication with students to facilitate their academic goals and potential.
• Collaborate with Academic Department Directors to ensure high-quality course delivery.
• Coordinate Social Service activities in accordance with University guidelines.
• Prepare and present semesterly activity reports, plans, and budgets to leadership.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Administrative Mechanics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in academic program coordination.
• Teaching experience in a higher education setting.
• Experience in student advising and mentorship.
• Practical engineering experience.
• Experience in international relations and institutional linking.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant engineering or academic field.
