Academic Program Director

Responsibilities

• Identify community demands and needs to propose curriculum modifications or new programs to the School or Faculty Director.
• Design, implement, and evaluate the curriculum based on institutional and community requirements.
• Promote academic programs to attract ideal student candidates.
• Maintain close communication with students to facilitate their academic goals and maximum potential.
• Collaborate with Academic Department Directors to ensure high-quality and efficient course delivery.
• Coordinate Social Service activities in accordance with University guidelines.
• Prepare and present semesterly activity reports, plans, and budgets to the School or Faculty Director.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in academic program coordination.
• Teaching experience within a higher education setting.
• Experience in student advising and mentorship.
• Practical professional experience in engineering.
• Experience in international relations and institutional networking.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant engineering or technical field.
