Academic Program Director

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the academic progress of students within the bicultural program, ensuring compliance with admission and graduation requirements.
• Provide academic follow-up and support to students in coordination with mentors and the Wellbeing Directorate.
• Maintain direct communication with parents to support the integral development of students.
• Collaborate with Department Directors and faculty to ensure students meet the required graduation profile.
• Design and implement strategies to create memorable student experiences and promote a culture of wellbeing.
• Plan teaching, learning, and evaluation processes based on a competency-based approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education.
• English language certification at a B2 level.
• Minimum of five years of experience in student development and integral formation.
• Proven experience in secondary or higher education institutions.
• Strong crisis management skills and experience handling sensitive cases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Forms, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
