Academic Processes Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Accompany students through format transitions with empathy and systemic thinking to ensure a seamless experience.
• Provide personalized attention before, during, and after changes to guarantee clarity and timely follow-up.
• Design and implement efficient operational processes and clear flows to minimize friction during student integration.
• Monitor key experience indicators by applying surveys, systematizing data, and generating reports to detect improvement opportunities.
• Proactively identify risks and anticipate student needs to ensure a continuous and positive experience.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative leaders to ensure an integrated, person-centered service.
• Document and iterate on transition processes based on evidence to optimize quality and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Industrial Engineering, Service Management, Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in direct university student support or personalized accompaniment in educational contexts.
• Proven experience in academic or administrative process design, documentation, and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to design and apply surveys, analyze satisfaction indicators, and propose data-driven strategic actions.
• Strong orientation toward results, effective communication skills, and a collaborative work style.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate studies in User Experience (UX), continuous improvement, change management, or similar disciplines.
