About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to high-quality research projects on Indigenous leadership, entrepreneurship, business ecosystems, policy, and participation.
- Secure research funding and produce influential publications for academic, community, policy, and industry audiences.
- Supervise and mentor higher degree researchers and early-career academics within Dilin Duwa’s programmes.
- Contribute to postgraduate, executive, or community teaching aligned with your expertise and the Centre’s priorities.
- Build strategic partnerships with Indigenous communities, governments, businesses, and universities to strengthen the Indigenous business ecosystem.
Requirements
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity with lived experience of Indigenous cultures and knowledges.
- Doctoral degree in Indigenous business, Indigenous leadership, or a closely related discipline.
- A strong and growing record of research and publications, including success in securing competitive research funding.
- Experience designing and delivering university-level subjects or programmes in Indigenous Business and Leadership or related fields.
- Proven experience in the successful supervision and mentoring of higher degree research students and emerging scholars.
