Academic Lead (3D Design & Implementation)

Responsibilities

• Manage the software license acquisition and renewal process for academic institutions
• Deliver inspiring presentations to academic clients regarding company vision and products
• Train new and existing academic users on-site and off-site to foster proficiency in CLO solutions
• Guide academic clients through their 3D implementation strategies
• Provide technical support for CLO and CLO-SET to ensure high user satisfaction
• Manage the sales pipeline, client conversations, and onboarding projects
• Collaborate with software developers and UX designers to propose feature improvements based on user feedback
• Research market trends within academia and the apparel industry

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in academia, fashion, or the tech industry
• Strong proficiency in CLO software and knowledge of CONNECT and CLO-SET
• Solid understanding of garment construction and apparel industry supply chains
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
• Fluency in both English and German
• Willingness to travel for training and presentations
• Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid EU working/residential visa

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of 2D CAD software such as Modaris, Gerber, or Optitex
• Experience with 3D software including Blender, Rhino, or 3dsMax
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
