About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate fieldwork programming, placements, and support for students in the MSOT and OTD programs.
  • Ensure departmental compliance with ACOTE fieldwork standards.
  • Manage fieldwork educators and maintain relationships with community partners.
  • Provide credit-bearing teaching, student advising, and mentorship.
  • Participate in scholarly endeavors and provide service to the College and the community.
  • Monitor student progress and manage program data, policies, and curriculum.

Requirements

  • Earned doctoral degree by the position start date.
  • Initial certification as an occupational therapist.
  • MA OT licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of two years of documented experience as an occupational therapist.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional experience as a fieldwork educator.
  • Documentation of formal training in the roles and responsibilities of a fieldwork educator.
