Academic Facilitator (Student Success Coach)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students during self-led learning sessions
• Act as a Student Success Coach to encourage engagement and discipline
• Support Arabic-speaking student groups, with a major focus on Arabic learners
• Assist students with completing required forms and documentation
• Collect, verify, and consolidate student progress data
• Ensure smooth classroom and session management across assigned sites
• Report attendance, participation, and key observations to leadership
• Work closely with site coordinators and academic leads

Requirements

• Prior experience in teaching, coaching, or student support roles
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students in a structured learning environment
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work across multiple school locations in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra
