Academic Experience Leader

Responsibilities

• Design academic experiences that connect students and prospects with Tecmilenio's professional programs.
• Accompany students during key decision-making moments to strengthen continuity, retention, and sense of belonging.
• Implement experiential activities such as workshops, challenges, contests, bootcamps, or campus visits to help students visualize their professional future.
• Collaborate with academic, student life, admissions, and campus leadership teams to drive attraction and loyalty strategies.
• Follow up with students at risk of early dropout, generating actions that reinforce their academic and social integration.
• Communicate the value of academic programs, including development opportunities, employability, and professional growth paths.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Management, Marketing, or similar).
• Experience in academic management or student accompaniment.
• Experience in educational experience design or student loyalty/retention.
• Strong orientation toward results and management of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in data analysis and information management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in educational management, leadership, innovation, or educational marketing.
