Academic Experience Leader

Responsibilities

• Design and implement academic engagement strategies to strengthen student connection and loyalty to the university.
• Collaborate with academic directors to ensure formative experiences communicate the value of educational programs.
• Coordinate with mentors and faculty leaders to support student continuity and academic permanence.
• Design high-value academic experiences such as bootcamps, challenges, competitions, and company visits.
• Manage student retention by following up with students at risk of early withdrawal.
• Act as a subject matter expert on assigned curricula to provide clarity on employability routes and development opportunities.
• Execute vocation-focused attraction activities and represent the institution at academic events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (Titulado).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in academic management, student loyalty, or organizing large-scale academic events.
• Proven experience in designing academic experiences or linkage/partnership projects.
• Experience working towards specific KPIs and organizational goals.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
